All went quickly and well until it came to connect converter to grid and the code was missing but not BGE's fault.

Chris and Paul were charming and explained what they were doing. They were polite and as quiet as they could be and very apologetic about the code problem.
Was the site left clean and tidy and did the installers remove all rubbish?
Yes, garage was tidier than before and they even cleaned the gutters while they were up on the scaffolding.
