Every question was answered and backed up with figures and testimonials. Our decision to proceed was based in large part on the quality and clarity of this first meeting.
Support
Subsequent questions and changes to our requirements were professionally and speedily dealt with, either by telephone or e-mail. Questions about the specification were invariably met with 'that's included in the price Sir'. There were absolutely no hidden charges everything, but everything was included in the initial quote.
Panic!
Between our order and the installation the Government announced changes in the Feed in Tariff. Big Green Energy informed me of the changes, assured me that all matters relating to my installation were in hand and on track.
Survey
Our formal survey was most professionally done. My particular requests were agreed and planned in, no problems.
Scaffolding
Erected with due care and attention to my garden nice guys absolutely no damage or disturbance.
Installation
Due to sheer pressure of work our installation team was changed at the last minute. No matter, the new team were well up to Big Green Energy standards, nice guys polite and helpful, keeping me informed about progress throughout the installation.
Cable runs were very neatly executed throughout, even in areas not visible such as the loft. Disturbance to roof tiles was minimal and tiles were all left absolutely flat after installation of the supporting framework.
The panels look super, flat and in perfect alignment. The site was checked before and after the works and was left in spotless condition.
After sales service
The salesman contacted me after installation to check all was well and that we were satisfied.
We would recommend the company to anyone first class service throughout.
